যদি পেমেন্ট করা প্রোডাক্ট স্টকে না থাকে, বা কোনো প্রোডাক্টের সমস্যা থাকার কারণে রিটার্ন করা হয়, অথবা একাধিক প্রোডাক্টের মধ্যে কোনো একটি প্রোডাক্ট স্টক না থাকলে এবং সেই প্রোডাক্টটি দ্রুত স্টকে আসবে না, তাহলে পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড করা হবে। প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই প্রোডাক্টটি পুনরায় বিক্রিযোগ্য কিনা তা ইভালুয়েশন করে দেখার পর রিফান্ডের বিষয়ে সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হবে। রিটার্ন পলিসি সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জানতে এখানে ক্লিক করুন।

Sikdar Fashion Refund Policy

 If a product paid for is out of stock, or if it is returned due to a product issue, or if one of the products in an order is out of stock and there is no immediate chance of it being restocked, a refund will be provided. রিফান্ড চার্জ:

রিফান্ডের জন্য কোন চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে না, অর্থাৎ আপনি যে পরিমাণ টাকা পেমেন্ট করেছেন, সেই পুরো পরিমাণই রিফান্ড করা হবে। তবে, যদি প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ারে হ্যান্ডওভার করা হয়ে থাকে বা ডেলিভারির পর প্রোডাক্টে কোনো সমস্যা থাকে (এক্ষেত্রে এক্সচেঞ্জ বা ওয়ারেন্টি পলিসি প্রযোজ্য হবে), তাহলে কুরিয়ার চার্জ এবং প্রসেসিং ফি বাবদ ঢাকার ভিতরের প্রতিটি অর্ডারের জন্য ২০০ টাকা এবং ঢাকার বাইরের প্রতিটি অর্ডারের জন্য ২০০ টাকা + পেমেন্ট সেটেলমেন্ট ফি (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়) কেটে বাকি টাকা রিফান্ড করা হবে।

 

Refund Charges:

No charge will be applied for the refund process, meaning the exact amount you paid will be refunded. However, if the product was handed over to the courier or delivered, and you wish to return it for a refund due to a product issue (in which case the exchange or warranty policy will apply), the following courier charges and processing fees will be deducted from the refund: For Dhaka: 200 BDT per order. For outside Dhaka: 200 BDT per order + payment settlement fee (if applicable).

 

ডিস্কাউন্ট বা অফারের রিফান্ড কন্ডিশন:

যদি বিকাশ, রকেট, নগদ, ভিসা, মাস্টার কার্ড বা এমেক্স কার্ডে কোনো অফার থাকলে এবং সেই অর্ডার বা ট্র্যাঞ্জাকশন রিফান্ডের জন্য আবেদন করা হয়, তাহলে ডিস্কাউন্ট বা ক্যাশব্যাক এমাউন্ট ফেরতযোগ্য হবে না। অর্থাৎ, আপনি যদি ১০০০ টাকার প্রোডাক্ট ৯০০ টাকায় কিনে থাকেন অথবা ১০০০ টাকা পেমেন্ট করে ক্যাশব্যাক পেয়েছেন, তাহলে রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে কেবলমাত্র আপনি যে পরিমাণ টাকা পেমেন্ট করেছেন, সেই পরিমাণই রিফান্ড করা হবে, ক্যাশব্যাক বাদে।

 

Discounts or Offers Refund Conditions:

If you used a discount or cashback offer via Bkash, Rocket, Nagad, Visa, MasterCard, or Amex, and the order is refunded, the discount or cashback amount will not be refunded. For example, if you paid 900 BDT for a product worth 1000 BDT through an offer or received cashback, only the amount you paid (900 BDT) will be refunded, excluding the cashback amount.
